VALPARAISO, Ind.- The UIC men's tennis team remained unbeaten in Horizon League play by defeating conference foe Valparaiso, 6-1, at the Valpo Tennis Complex on Wednesday.

The Flames improved to 10-6 overall and 4-0 in league dual matches.

UIC swept all three doubles matches in close fashion before taking five of six singles contests, all in straight sets.

The Crusaders fell to 3-9 and 0-2 in Horizon League play.

UIC treks to Youngstown, Ohio for a pair of league matches this weekend. The Flames face Youngstown State on Friday, Apr. 10 at 2 p.m. Central and take on Cleveland State in Youngstown the following day at 2 p.m. Central.
