Box Score UIC renewed its rivalry with Marquette on Super Sunday, but it was the Eagles who continued their domination in the series with a 7-0 win at Helfaer Tennis Stadium.
After a tightly contested doubles point that saw two sets go to a 7-6 decision, Marquette grabbed wins on the Nos. 1, 6, and 4 singles courts to clinch the win. The teams had met every year since 2000 before the series took a brief hiatus last year.
