Box Score Johan Hedstrom was named to the All-Tournament Team after play wrapped up Sunday at the WMU Vredevelt Invite.

Hedstrom capped a 3-1 weekend on the singles courts with a 6-4, 1-6, 10-8 win over Notre Dame's Halpin.  He also went 2-1 in doubles play with Kasper Parlklo to make the exclusive, three-member All-Tournament Team.

Pelle Strandberg and Parlklo also had wins in the final singles round Sunday morning.  Strandberg dispatched Michigan State's Keene, 6-4, 6-2.  Parlklo was also a straight-sets winner with a 6-1, 6-3 triumph over Che of Notre Dame.

Luiz Dos Santos fell to Western Michigan's Honnappa, 7-6 (4), 6-2.  He was the only Flame not to win a singles match at the invite.

Strandberg was 3-1 in singles play on the weekend.  Parlklo went 2-2.

The Flames who qualify for ITA Regionals will begin play in that tournament on October 17.
