UIC will return to action with a match at Northern Illinois Sunday afternoon.
The Flames lost a tight match to North Dakota last weekend, but
Hans Neufeld was heartened by the way his team competed. "We were in a bunch of tiebreakers that could have gone the other way. You can look at the results and say we could have won, but we still need to get better at finishing games out. With every practice, this team is getting better," he said.
First serve from DeKalb will be at noon. UIC's match against Chicago State, originally scheduled for Friday, has been postponed to March 21.
