CHICAGO – The UIC men's tennis team is set to return to competition this week, following a huge victory secured over Marquette on Sunday. The Flames will travel to Homewood, Ill. Tuesday to take on local rival Chicago State before traveling south for a pair of weekend matches in southwest Ohio and northern Kentucky. The Norse of Northern Kentucky await UIC Saturday in Highland Heights, Ky., and the Flames will stop in Dayton, Ohio to take on the Flyers on the way back Sunday.

Miroslav Cvjetan had a break-out match for the Flames on Sunday, earning a victory in doubles paired with
Gustavo Schwebel before securing the victory with a singles win in the number four slot.
Aleksa Bucan and Scwebel earned their second straight singles victories in Sunday's match to help UIC secure the overall win.

After this week's three matches, the Flames will take five days off before a huge match scheduled against Notre Dame in South Bend on Feb. 18.
