AS A SENIOR (2011-2012): Finished fourth in the 1000 free in 11:36.32 and sixth in the 500 free in 5:40.77 against Wright State (10/15) ... placed fourth in the 400 IM (5:00.04) and 500 free (5:38.51) at Eastern Illinois (10/29) ... swam the 1650 free, 500 free and 400 IM at the Phoenix Fall Classic (11/18-20) ... set season-best times against Western Illinois and Saint Louis (12/17) in the 200 free with 2:06.35 and 500 free with 5:34.36 ... took fourth in the 1650 free with 19:23.28 at Green Bay (01/14) ... claimed fifth in the 1000 free (11:31.64) and fourth with a season-best time in the 200 fly (2:26.47) at Youngstown State (02/03) ... held two sixth-place finishes at Cleveland State (02/04) in the 1000 free (11:35.34) and 200 fly (2:28.35) ... recorded four season-bests at the Horizon League Championships (02/22-25), 1000 free (11:08.80), 200 IM (2:20.58), 400 IM (4:53.88) and 1650 free (18:53.83)

AS A JUNIOR (2010-2011): Started the season by placing fifth in the 1000 free at Wright State (10/23) with a time of 11:27.50 and subsequently finished third in the same event against Eastern Illinois (10/30) with 11:30.82 ... came in fifth in the 200 free at St. Louis (11/13) with 2:08.70 ... took third in the 200 butterfly and 500 free at Western Illinois (12/18) with 2:28.34 and 5:38.37 respectively.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2009-2010): Started the season off by taking fourth in the 1000 free against Wright State (11:12.86) ... finished in fourth in the 500 free at Eastern Illinois (5:24.88) ... runner-up in the 500 free against Western Illinois (5:25.86) ... took fourth place in the 500 free at Green Bay (5:31.07) ... fifth place finish in the 200 IM against Valparaiso (2:20.47) ... claimed the fifth spot in the 500 free at Cleveland State (5:24.72) ... swam a 11.10.38 in the 1000 free and a 5:24.57 in the 500 free at the Horizon League Championship.

AS A FRESHMAN (2008-2009): Placed third in the 1000 free (11:03.89) against North Dakota ... took fifth in the 200 IM (2:18.05) against Eastern Illinois ... placed fourth in the 200 back (2:18.23) and sixth in the 1000 free (11:15.33) at her collegiate debut at Wright State ... placed sixteenth in the 1000 free, finished top fifteen in the 500 free and the 400 IM at the 2009 Horizon League Conference Championship.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Four-time letterwinner at Saints of St. Charles East (Ill.) ... guided her team to a runner-up finish at the Upstate Eight conference championships ... team placed second at the IHSA sectionals all four years of her prep career ... earned academic all-conference honors ... competed for the St. Charles swim club for 12 years ... team won the senior championships in 2007 ... biggest athletic thrill to date is seeing the boys team winning Horizon Leagues in 2009 ... born November 8, 1989, Columbus, Ind. ... daughter of Joe and Jean Cabel ... currently enrolled as a nursing major.
