Outdoor 2017: Took third place in the decathlon at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...won the 400 meters, 100 meters, and shot put portions of the decathlon and took second in the 1500 meters and long jump...scored a fifth place finish in the high jump at the Marquette Duals...time of 49.90 was good for fifth place in the 400 meters at the Benedictine Eagle Relays.
Indoor 2017: Captured fourth place in the heptathlon at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...finished first in the 60 meter and 1000 meter legs of the event, and added a second place showing in the shot put...part of the second place 4x400 relay team at the Phoenix Invitational...turned in a top-10 finish in the long jump twice, and in the high jump once...established personal bests in six events during the indoor season.
Outdoor 2016: Notched a personal record leap of 6.56m in the long jump at the Illinois Twilight … finished second and captured a personal best time of 22.95 in the 200m dash at the Crusader Open.
Indoor 2016: Finished second in the heptathlon with 4,374 points at the Horizon League Championships … in the heptathlon, captured first in the long jump (6.45m) and shot put (38' 11' ¾ ") … claimed a personal record time of 7.23 in the 60m dash at the Panther Tune-Up.
Outdoor 2015: Won the men's decathlon at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships ... Won four of the 10 events and tallied 6,087 points ... Won first place in the 400m at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships with a time of 50.99 ...
