2017 Outdoor: Placed third in the 400 meter hurdles at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...claimed second place in the 110 meter hurdles and third in the 400 meter hurdles at the Marquette Duals...opened the season with a second place finish in the 400 meter hurdles at the Edmonds Invitational...followed that up with a fourth place showing at the EIU Big Blue Classic...took third in three straight meets in the 400 meter hurdles leading up to the conference championships...set a personal record in the event, crossing the finish line in 54.22 seconds, at the Benedictine Relays.
2017 Indoor: Took home seventh place in the 60 meter hurdles at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...set personal records in three events (400 meter dash, 600 meter run, 60 meter hurdles) during the season...claimed four top-seven finishes in the 60 hurdles during the regular season...best finish was third at the Phoenix Invitational.
2016 Outdoor: Placed fifth and claimed a personal best time in the 110m hurdles (15.19) at the Horizon League Championships … captured a personal record time of 55.17 in the 400m hurdles at the Chicagoland Championships.
2016 Indoor: Posted a time of 8.08 in the 55m hurdles at the Illiana Invite … clocked in with a personal best time of 8.49 in the 60m hurdles at the Panther Tune-Up … finished seventh in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.74 at the Horizon League Indoor Championships.
2015 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 110H at the Chicagoland Championships with a mark of 15.84 ... recorded a career best mark in the 400H with a time of 55.42, good for third-place.
2015 Indoor: Recorded two career best marks at the Tadd Metzger Invitational in the 200m (23.78) and 55H (8.19) ... collected two best marks at the Panther TuneUp in the 60H (8.77) and 400m (51.95) ... competed in the 600M run at the ONU Invite crossing the finish line in 1:27.58.
PREP AND PERSONAL: Was a member of the Varsity City Champions track team at Lane High School... Made two state preliminary appearances and three City Championships appearances... Son of Grzegorz and Anna Markiewicz... has two siblings, Marcin and Marta.
