AS A JUNIOR (2019-20): Competed in the 200 free, where she placed ninth, against Northwestern and Illinois...came in sixth in the 200 against Michigan State...swam the 200 free and 100 fly against Oakland...came in sixth in the 200 against Milwaukee...qualified for the finals in the 200 free and 100 fly at the House of Champions...competed in the 200 free and 100 fly both days of the Cleveland State - IUPUI meet...turned in seventh place swims in the 100 and 200 free against UChicago...swam the 50 and 200 free, and the 100 fly, at the Horizon League Championships.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Took third in the 200 free, and added a fifth place swim in the 500 free, to open the season against Indiana State...took seventh in the 500 against Northwestern and Chicago...was a top-five finisher in the 200 back and 200 fly against Olivet Nazarene and Butler...had two third place finishes, in the 200 and 500 free, against Oakland...was in the top four in both races against Milwaukee...made the finals and finished 20th in the 200 free at the TYR Invitational...took seventh in the 200 free both days, and fifth in the 500, against Cleveland State and IUPUI...finished fifth in the 200 free and third in the 500 free against Green Bay...swam both mid-distance free events and the 200 fly at the Horizon League Championships.
AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18): Began her collegiate career with a second place finish in the 200 free (1:57.53) and a third place showing in the 500 free (5:20.17) against Indiana State...also led off the free relay which finished third...was fourth in the 200 and third in the 500 against Green Bay and Valparaiso...took top-8 finishes in both freestyle races against Northwestern, Rutgers, and Chicago...set then-season highs in both events against Milwaukee, resulting in a pair of top-4 finishes...continued to cement herself as the B-free relay's leadoff swimmer...was a double-fourth place finisher in her two distance events, and added the 50 free (:25.31) against Oakland...dropped her times across the board in the 100, 200, and 500 free at the TYR Invitational...finished in sixth place in the 200 and 500 on day 1 at Cleveland State...competed in the 100, 200, and 500 free at the Horizon League Championships.
PREP/PERSONAL: Was an All-Conference and All-State performer...member of conference and sectional championship team that also took sixth at state...set the school record in the 200 medley relay...took fifth place at state in the 400 free relay...daughter of Stephanie Schaeffer and Tim Bosse...both of her parents swam at UMBC...brother Nathan is on the UIC men's swim team...majoring in business management.
