Coach Ashley Lucas on Sylvia: Sylvia is one that will continue to develop immensely surrounded by a competitive team.  She has never had many teammates with whom she could train with so just being in that environment here will help her continue to improve.  She wants to explore the longer distances (10K) as she progresses through her collegiate career which makes me excited as those are some holes we are looking to fill."
