Why UIC: “I chose UIC because here I was given the opportunity to run and compete at a D1 level, something no other schools were offering me, and UIC also gave me the chance to pursue a major in electrical engineering (which is no longer my major). I also always wanted to live in the city and UIC provides that experience.”
