AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18): Competed on vault in three of the first four meets of the season...turned in a high score of 13.600 on Feb. 10 and followed that up with a 13.500 Feb. 18...had two appearances each on high bar, pommel horse, and parallel bars...peaked with a 12.950 on high bar Apr. 7...maintained consistency on p-bars with scores of 12.100 and 12.150.

PREP/PERSONAL: Attended William Blount High School in Fort Myers, Fla. … Ranks fourth in the nation on high bar… qualified for the Elite team for Region 8… Five-time State Champion… Favorite event is pommel horse… Son of Judy and TJ Lawson… Currently enrolled as a chemistry major.
