AS A SENIOR (2016-17): Competed regularly on pommel horse and rings throughout the season as co-captain…matched his career high on pommel horse at the ECAC Championships (April 8) after notching a 13.500…tallied a season high of 13.800 on rings at the Midwest open on March 4…grabbed a 13.150 on parallel bars and a 12.200 on high bar for season bests at the ECAC Championships…took the silver medal on rings in the Men’s Open Division at the Maccabi International Qualifier in December of 2016…qualified for the 2017 Maccabiah Games in Jerusalem (July 4-8) as member of team USA.

AS A JUNIOR (2015-16): Consistently represented the Flames on pommel horse, still rings, parallel bars and high bar…Competed all-around in two meets during his junior year posting a career-high of 75.550 at the Windy City Invitational (Jan 17)…He also collected a career best score on Jan. 24 against Iowa on vault (14.000), and another on April 3 at the ECAC Championship Event Finals on still rings with a 14.600…Kohn qualified as an individual for NCAA Championships on the rings where he posted a team-best score of 13.500.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15): Kohn competed consistently for the Flames...on Feb. 7 he recorded a career high on vault tallying a score of 13.700 against Minnesota...He also collected two career best scores on March 8 against Stanford on rings (13.900) and high bar (13.400)...Kohn competed against Air Force on March 1 for the Flames recording career high scores on pommel horse (13.500) and parallel bars (13.450).

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14): Primarily competed on pommel horse and rings, but also saw action on parallel bars and high bars... Notched season best score of 14.150 on rings Jan. 18 at the Windy City Invitational... Tallied a 13.150 twice on the pommel horse (Feb. 28 and March 2, both against Air Force Academy)... Scored a 13.900 on high bars at Windy City Invitational

PREP AND PERSONAL: First at State- level 7...Second on Pommel Horse at 2013 Nationals...Third on Rings at 2013 Nationals...13th overall at Nationals...Born June 12, 1995 in Mendelein, Ill. ...son of Julia Voss and Dave Kohn...currently enrolled as a English major.
