AS A SENIOR (2020-21): Did not compete.
AS A JUNIOR (2019-20): Came in third in the 100 fly in the season opener at Northwestern...was fourth in the 100 fly against Michigan State...finished sixth in the 100 fly, and added the 200 fly in which he also took sixth, against Oakland...was sixth in both fly races again in the meet versus Milwaukee...finished in the top 20 in the 100 and 200 fly at the House of Champions...came in fifth in both fly events against Green Bay...swam the 100 fly and 50 free against UChicago and Wabash...participated in both butterfly races and the 50 free at the Horizon League Championships.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Took sixth in the 50 free and seventh in the 100 fly against Michigan State to open the season...placed sixth in the 100 fly against Northwestern and Chicago...was second in the 200 fly against Olivet Nazarene...took fifth in the 100 and 200 fly against Oakland...was sixth in the 50 free and fourth in the 100 fly against Milwaukee...qualified for finals in the 200 fly at the TYR Invitational...placed third in the 100 fly against Cleveland State and IUPUI...took fifth in the 100 and 200 fly against Green Bay...set personal records in the 50 free and 200 fly at the Horizon League Championships.
AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18): Opened his college career with an eighth place finish in the 50 free (:22.33) and a ninth place finish in the 100 fly (:54.42) against Green Bay and Valparaiso...was also on the fourth place 400 free relay team...improved his times in both races, and finished 10th in each, against Northwestern and Chicago, where he also anchored the 400 free relay, finishing fourth, and the 200 medley relay, finishing ninth...was eighth in both the 50 free and 100 fly against Milwaukee...moved into the leadoff spot in the 400 free relay, which finished sixth, and was on the third place 400 medley relay...set season bests in the 50 free (:21.95, eighth) and 100 fly (:53.30, sixth) against Oakland...swam third in the 400 free relay, giving him experience in each of the four positions...moved into the butterfly leg of the 200 medley relay...in addition to his two customary races, swam in the 100 free (:48.27), 50 fly (:23.61), and 200 fly (1:59.27), as well as the 200 and 400 medley relays and the 200 and 400 free relays, at the TYR Invitational...swam the 200 fly again on day 2 of the Cleveland State - IUPUI meet...swam the fly leg of the 200 and 400 medley relays, and the leadoff leg of the 200 and 400 free relays, in the two day meet...competed in the 50 free, 100 free, and 100 fly at the Horizon League Championships.
PREP/PERSONAL: Earned All-State honors seven times at Dundee High School...was the league swimmer of the year three times...took the state runner-up spot in the 100 fly, leading his team to a top-10 finish...set six school records; four in individual events (50 and 100 free, 100 fly, 200 IM) and two in relays...son of Brian and Maria Moran...currently undecided on a major.
