AS A SENIOR (2018-19): Led off the 200 and 400 free relay A-teams, and anchored the 200 medley relay A-team...helped the 400 free relay squad finish second and first in the last two dual meets of the season...brought home three second places and one first place finish in the 200 medley relay...finished fourth in the 50 free against Michigan State...won the 50 free against Northwestern and Chicago...took second in the 50 and fourth in the 100 free against Oakland...won the 50 free again in the Milwaukee dual meet...took second in the 100 free twice, and placed third in the 50, in the two-day meet with IUPUI and Cleveland State...was second in the 50 free against Green Bay...qualified for the finals in the 100 back at the Horizon League Championships...improved on his preliminary ranking with a 15th place finish.
AS A JUNIOR (2017-18): Made his season debut January 13 at Cleveland State, where he took eighth in the 50 free (:21.73) and ninth in the 100 free (:48.51)...improved his time and his finish in both events the next day against the Vikings and IUPUI, taking fourth in the 50 (:21.66) and seventh in the 100 (:47.25)...led off the fourth place 400 free relay team, anchored the second place 200 free relay team, and anchored the 200 and 400 medley relay teams...set season bests in the 50 (:21.15) and 100 (:46.49) at the Horizon League Championships, and swam the 100 back (:52.01) for the first time.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Captured a first place finish in the 50 free (21.46) and the 400 free relay (3:06.92), took fourth in the 200 medley relay and tenth in the 100 free (48.66) in the triple dual with Olivet-Nazarene, Northwestern and the University of Chicago (Oct. 22)…notched a first place finish in the 200 free relay (1:23.91), second in the 50 free (21.42), third in the 100 free (47.83) and finished in fourth place in the 200 medley relay (1:37.30) against Boston College (Oct. 28)…placed first in the 200 free relay (1:24.25), second in the 400 free relay (3:05.07), third in the 50 free (21.39), seventh in the 100 free (47.76) and eighth in the 100 back (52.76) versus Green Bay, Wright State and Oakland (Nov. 4-5)…was victorious in the 400 free relay (3:07.53), took third place in the 50 free (21.74), fourth in the 200 medley relay (1:38.30) and finished fifth in the 100 free (48.29) at Milwaukee (Nov. 12)…earned fifth place in both the 400 free relay (3:01.96) and the 200 free relay (1:22.91), seventeenth in the 100 back (51.40) and eighteenth in the 50 free (21.06) at Northwestern’s annual TYR Invitational (Nov. 18-20)…claimed first place in the 200 free relay (1:23.71), second in the 100 free (46.62), fourth in the 100 back (53.24) and fifth in the 400 medley relay (3:35.39) versus Cleveland State (Jan. 14)…claimed first place in the 400 free relay (3:04.38), took second in both the 200 free relay (1:24.39) and the 50 free (21.41), grabbed third in the 100 free (46.75) and fourth in the 100 back (50.90) at the Flames Invitational (Jan. 20-21)…placed third in both the 200 medley relay (1:29.78) and the 200 free relay (1:21.78), fourth in the 400 free relay (3:00.75), eleventh in the 100 back (50.90) and finished fourteenth in both the 50 free (20.90) and the 100 free (45.95) at the Horizon League Championships (Feb. 22-25).
AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16): Finished sixth in the 50 free (21.98) at a triple dual meet against University of Chicago, Northwestern and Denison (Oct. 24) … captured first in the 50 free (21.70) and third 100 free (48.74) versus Olivet Nazarene (Oct. 30) … placed first in the 50 free (21.79) against Milwaukee (Nov. 7) … grabbed third place in the 50 free (21.61) at a double dual meet against Oakland and Wright State (Nov. 14) … notched a first place finish in the 50 free (21.69) and third in the 100 free (48.02) at Green Bay (Dec. 12) … finished fourth in the 100 free (47.82) and fifth in the 50 free (21.97) at Cleveland State (Jan. 15) … earned first in the 50 free (21.38) against Olivet Nazarene (Jan. 23) … captured fourth place in the 400 free relay (3:02.99) and ninth in the 50 free (20.90)
