AS A SENIOR (2011-2012): Placed first in the 500 free with 4:44.89 and second in the 200 free with 1:42.64 against Wright State (10/15) ... won the 50 yard with 21.78 and the 100 free with 47.67 at Eastern Illinois (10/29) ... reached another first-place finish in the 500 free with 4:43.49 against Milwaukee (11/5) ... qualified and competed in the 500 free, 200 free and 100 free at the TYR Invitational (11/18-20), took fifth in the 200 free (1:40.51) ... finished fourth in the 50 free with 21.60 and first in the 100 free with 46.93 against Western Illinois and Saint Louis (12/17) ... won the 200 free with 1:42.58 at Green Bay (01/14) ... came in first in the 50 free with 21.57 and swam and exhibition time of 4:42.12 in the 500 free against Valparaiso (01/20) ... at Cleveland State (02/04), took third in the 200 free (1:43.54) and fourth in the 500 free (4:42.14) ... set a school record with his first-place finish in the 500 free with 4:27.42 at the Horizon League Championships (02/22-25), along with coming in second in the 200 free (1:37.63) and third in the 100 free (45.01) ... had 17 top-3 performances throughout the season, with nine coming in first place

AS A JUNIOR (2010-2011): Led Flames with in season best 500 free time in 4:30.76 and held second best time in season for 200 free with 1:37.43 at the Horizon League Championships (2/25) ... placed first in the 50 free with 22.17 at Western Illinois (12/19) ... won the 200 free with 1:43.92 against Green Bay (1/15) ... took first in the 200 free with 1:41.76 against Cleveland State (2/5) ... placed first in the 200 IM at the 2010 NJCAA Nationals.

PRIOR TO UIC: Earned first-place honors at the 2010 NJCAA in the 200 IM, while also placing second in the 200 free and third in the 100 free ... placed third in the 200 free at the 2009 NJCAA meet, while garnering fifth and seventh in the 500 free and 100 free, respectively ... helped his team earning the second-place trophy at the 2009 NJCAA meet and third in 2010.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Three-time letterwinner in swimming at Western Albemarle (Va.) ... Three-time Conference, three-time Sectional and two-time Regional Champion ... named team-captain in his senior year and MVP during his junior and senior campaign ... Three-time all-conference, one-time all-city, one-time all-region, one-time all-county and one-time all-state honoree in swimming ... placed third in the state of Virginia in the 100 free in 2008 ... guided his squad to a second-place state showing in 2008 and a third-place finish in 2007 ... competed in the YMCA National meet in the 200 IM, 200 free and the 100 free ... owns two individual high school records and took part in three relay records ... biggest athletic thrill to date is placing 1st in the 200 IM at 2010 NJCAA Nationals ... born December 29, 1989 in Charlottesville, Va. ... son of Nana and William Corley ... has one sister, Anna ... currently enrolled as a sociology major.
