2022-23 (Sophomore):

Primarily the fifth or sixth position in singles.
Grabbed two big wins in a row for the Flames against Cardinal Stritch (Feb. 20) and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Mar. 10).
Mostly appeared alongside Aleksa Bucan at No. 2 doubles, winning two in a row against IUPUI and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
Named to Southland Conference 2023 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Named a 2023 ITA Scholar-Athlete.

2021-22 (Freshman):

Led UIC with 15 overall singles wins, and five in Horizon League play.
Won the first six singles matches of his collegiate career.Went undefeated at the River Forest Invitational and the Redbird Invite.
Played primarily in the #4 and #5 flights, with appearances at #3 and #6.
Won five straight matches at the end of the season, including against Northern Kentucky in the Horizon League quarterfinals.
Won all three doubles matches at the Redbird Invite, teaming with Kevin Kruzel to win the Black doubles draw.
Played with Kruzel almost exclusively during the season, mostly at #2 doubles.
Won the most singles matches by a UIC freshman since 2016.

High School / Personal:

Rose to the #2 singles position and #1 doubles team by his senior season.
Part of three conference championship teams and two sectional champs.
Appeared in three state tournaments.
Helped Barrington achieve a fifth-place finish in the state as a freshman, and a fourth-place finish as a senior.
Finished fifth in the state in the doubles draw.
Named to the All-State team.
Cousin Muhammad Dossani plays tennis at Cornell.
Son of Farah and Mohammad Wazir.
Enjoys traveling and hiking.
Majoring in Biology.
