2017 Outdoor: One of UIC's top competitors in the 3000 meter steeplechase...won the event at the Dr. Keeler Invitational, and finished in the top 3 three other times, including the Horizon League Outdoor Championships...qualified for the NCAA Regionals in the steeplechase...placed sixth at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships in the 5000...ran to a fourth place finish in the 1500 at the Crusader Open
2017 Indoor: Took sixth place in the 3000 at the Horizon League Indoor Championships...set a personal record in the mile run at the Panther Tuneup, where he finished fourth...part of the second place 4x400 relay team at the Panther Tuneup...finished sixth in the 5000 at the Lints Alumni Open, and set a personal record in the event at the Horizon League Indoor Championships.
2016 XC: Finished in fifth place in the 8k at the Rosa Invitational, setting a season best mark of 26:08.1...was in the top 20 at the Horizon League Championships...also placed in the top 20 at the Bradley Intercollegiate...competed in the 10k at the NCAA Regional Championships.
2016 Indoor: Posted a time of 8:58.98 in the 3000m run at the Illiana Invite … clocked in with a mark of 4:27.66 in the one-mile run at the ONU Invitational.
