2017 Outdoor: Was a member of the 4x100 relay team that set a school record (41.21) at the Benedictine Relays...was on two relay teams at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships, helping the Flames finish second in the 4x100 and third in the 4x400...took fourth in the 200 and sixth in the 100 at the conference meet...won the 200 and was on the winning 4x100 relay team at the Stan Lyons Invite...claimed two second place finishes, a third, and a fourth in the 4x100 relay during the regular season...was the second place finisher in the 200 and third in the 100 at the Marquette Duals...set career best times in the 100 meter dash (10.88, Illinois Twilight) and 400 meter dash (51.09, EIU Big Blue Classic).
2017 Indoor: Earned two top-10 finishes at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, in the 60 meter dash (ninth) and the 200 meter dash (10th), as well as fourth place as a member of the 4x400Â relay team...ran the 60 in 7.05 seconds to set a personal record at the Chicagoland Championships...also set a PR in the 300, at the John Tierney Classic...was second in the 60 at the John Tierney Invitational, and his 4x400 relay team also took second.
2016 Outdoor: Clocked in with personal record times of 11.03 in the 100m dash and 21.90 200m dash at the Horizon League Championships … notched a personal best time of 52.06 in the 400m dash.
2016 Indoor: Posted a personal best time of 7.09 in the 60m dash at the Horizon League Championships … captured a personal record time of 6.61 in the 55m dash for third place at the Illiana Invite.
PREP AND PERSONAL: Previously attended University of Nebraska Lincoln where he earned an all-academic standing... Participated in soccer and track at Downers Grove North High School... Earned West Suburban Conference titles in the 55m dash, 100m dash, 200m dash and 400m dash... Garnered All-Conference and All-State standing... Son of John and Theresa Munar...
