2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 1,500-meter run ... Best time was a 3:58.98 clocking at the Benedictine Twilight (4/26/13) ... Tallied three seventh-place individual finishes in the event throughout the indoor season. 2013 Indoor: Ran the 3,000-meter in 8:54.84 at the Horizon League Indoor Championship (2/23/13).

XC 2012: Placed 30th at the UIC Opener with a time of 23:00.00 in the 4.1-mile race ... clocked a 29:13 in the 8K race at the Horizon League Championships.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Four-time letterwinner in cross country and four-time letterwinner in track at Sycamore (Ill.) ... All-Conference and All-State in 2008 ...
