Karlee Kolb joins the Flames as an Assistant Athletic Trainer following a stint as the interim volleyball athletic trainer at Indiana University. As the interim athletic trainer, Kolb provided coverage of the team’s spring season and helped develop and implement rehabilitation plans for upper and lower extremity injuries.
Prior to her time with the volleyball team, Kolb served as a part-time athletic trainer with Indiana’s football team, assisting in practice and game coverage.
Kolb has provided event coverage and rehabilitation for Bloomindale middle schools through Indiana University Health- Bloomington Hospital for the past two years, working specifically with the Bloomington Blades Hockey team as well as providing injury checks and game coverage for local softball and basketball tournaments.
Kolb is CPR/AED certified with the American Red Cross and is also affiliated with the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers’ Association. Kolb earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Indiana University in May of 2016.
