2022-23 (Senior):

Performed well for the Flames on the 1m boards (225.57 points) at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.
Won the 1m event at season-opening quad meet against Evansville, Missouri State, and Bellarmine.
Came in fifth at 1m against Big Ten pair, Northwestern and Illinois.
Placed fifth in 3m diving in her season debut at the MVC Showcase.

2021-22 (Junior): Did not compete.

2020-21 (Sophomore):

Made her season debut against Cleveland State, where she took second in both 1-meter and 3-meter diving.
Improved her scores on both boards in her next dual meet against Milwaukee, taking third in both events.
Came in second in the 3-meter event at the Horizon League Championships with a career high 260.20.
Was ninth in the 1-meter competition at conference.

2019-20 (Freshman):

Competed on both boards in every meet of the season, increasing her scores in each event through the first three meets.
Came in third in 1-meter diving against Milwaukee.
Was third in the 3-meter competition on both days of the Cleveland State-IUPUI meet, posting a then-season high on day two.
Set season highs on both boards against Green Bay and finished second in 3-meter and third in 1-meter.
Established a new season high on the 1-meter board against UChicago.
Qualified for finals on both boards at the Horizon League Championships, finishing sixth in both events.

High School / Personal:

A three-time all-conference and all-state performer at Hononegah Community.
Had three top-10 finishes at the state meet, placing 10th in 2016, 5th in 2017, and 6th in 2018.
Was named the Prep Swimming & Diving MVP twice, in 2018 and 2019.
Daughter of Scott and Donna Hellinga.
Majoring in Industrial Engineering.
