2006 Highlights: All-Horizon League First Team Cross Country honoree...took fifth at the league championships meet with a season-low time of 18:04...team[apos]s top finisher at the NCAA Cross Country Regional Championships with a 42nd-place standing...placed fifth in the 10,000-meter run at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships in 38:35.31...clocked a season-low time of 18:00.56 in the 5,000-meter run at the Wisconsin Twilight...owned the Flames[apos] top indoor times in the 3,000- and 5,000-meter run...placed second at the Horizon League Championships in the 5,000-meter race with a time of 17:49.03...also placed fourth at the indoor league championships in the 3,000-meter run (10:20.86)...won the mile run at the Chicago Opener on Jan. 7 with a time of 5:28.00...posted a season-best time of 10:16.81 en route to a first place finish in the 3,000-meter race at the UWM Tune-Up on Feb. 17.
