Jack Reardon

Jack Reardon joined the UIC Athletics Facilities and Operations team in February 2026 as Events Coordinator. In that role, he assists with day-to-day operations for all of the Flames' athletics facilities, in addition to serving as an on-site game manager for UIC home events.

Reardon is an operations and facilities professional with hands-on experience managing large-scale events and athletic venues. Most recently, he served as operations coordinator with the Oak View Group, working specifically with Saint Louis University's Chaifetz Arena. His assignments included helping oversee arena changeovers, housekeeping operations and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth and safe event execution.

Before joining Chaifetz Arena, Reardon completed a facilities internship in Green Bay, Wis., with the Titletown development maintained by the NFL's Green Bay Packers. While there, he supported park operations, coordinated event setups for large-scale events — including the 2025 NFL Draft — and managed seasonal facility transitions.

Reardon also brings a strong background in collegiate athletics through multiple roles with Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Ill., including athletics facility manager and concessions supervisor, where he directed staff, managed event logistics and helped lead major sporting events such as the Mid-American Conference Swimming & Diving Championships.

An organized leader with a passion for teamwork and operational excellence, Reardon has managed teams of more than 80 staff members, coordinated hundreds of athletic contests and developed training materials to improve efficiency and service standards across departments.

A native of Glenview, Ill., Reardon earned his bachelor’s degree in recreation professions from Southern Illinois in 2022 and his master's degree in sports and recreation administration from SIU in 2023.
