Rasmussen joins Flames following one season at Wheaton College

CHICAGO – UIC head women's soccer coach Brian Rigby announced on Thursday that the Flames have added sophomore transfer Autumn Rasmussen (Downers Grove, Ill/Downers Grove South/Wheaton College) for the upcoming 2017 season.
 
Rasmussen marks the seventh newcomer for the Flames as she will be joined on the field by Keri Birkenhead (Plainview, N.Y./Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK/Merrick Force), Janai Cedeno (Chicago, Ill./Jones College Prep/Eclipse Select SC), Jessica Christmas (Plainfield, Ill./Plainfield North/Team Chicago), Lexi Gomez (Olmsted Falls, Ohio/Olmsted Falls/Cleveland United), Meaghan Smith (St. Jacob, Ill./Triad/St. Louis Scott Gallagher ECNL) and Ashlin West (Glen Carbon, Ill./Edwardsville/St. Louis Scott Gallagher ECNL).
