Henry Stark joined the Flames prior to the 2020-21 season as a graduate manager before being elevated to the team's director of operations positions in advance of the 2020-21 year. In his role, Stark will work closely with the basketball staff, helping coordinate travel and carry out the day-to-day activities of the Flames program.
Stark joined the UIC program after serving as a student manager for the Dayton men's basketball program during his four years as an undergrad. Stark gained additional experience in the industry by serving as the director of operations for the 2019 3X3U National Championship and as a participant in the first-ever NCAA College Basketball Academy in 2019.
Stark earned a bachelor's degree from Dayton in 2019.
