Iowa City, Iowa - The UIC men's basketball team will be back in action on Saturday evening as they take on Eastern Washington in the consolation game of the Gazette Hawkeye Challenge at 5:45 p.m.

The Flames were edged on Friday night by Northern Illinois, 54-53, snapping the team's five-game winning streak and 10-game unbeaten string versus in-state opponents. The Eagles, meanwhile, enter with a record of 2-4 after dropping a 70-54 decision to host Iowa in the opening round of the Hawkeye Challenge.

The game will be broadcast on tape delay on ESPN Radio 1000 AM.

Following Saturday's game, the Flames return to the UIC Pavilion on Saturday, December 13, to meet Illinois State at 5:00 p.m.
