Muncie, Ind. - The UIC women's tennis team had a difficult time with the Ball State Cardinals on Friday, as the Flames were upended, 5-2 in Muncie.

Molly Smith and Zorica Malesevic picked-up the only UIC wins on the day, as Smith won at No. 5 singles and Malesevic winning at No. 6 singles.

UIC was blanked in doubles action.
