1. Review SAAC Responsibilities
- Make sure to bring information back to respective teams

2. Interest in having another Summit to allow for open question session
- Overall impression was that it was very informative for both athletes and administration

3. Halloween Candy Drive
- Thanks for tremendous support and generosity
- Leftover money will be used to sponsor Thanksgiving meals for families (through Newman Center)
- Need volunteers for November 16th after 3 pm (packaging of meals)
- Need volunteers for November 17th at 10 am (delivery of meals)

4. Hanging with the Flames- Wednesday, November 21st at Pilsen Community Academy from 12-2

5. Melafusic
- Email Shawn Sullivan to reserve tickets in the Student Section

6. Hospital Party
- Three dates in December will be picked in order to allow more interaction with the children

7. Port Report
- Registration Week
- Fifth Year and Summer Aid forms are available in the Port Center and will soon be available online; they are due February 1st
