UIC Men's Basketball Paradise Jam Game Notes Second Edition in PDF Format 
St. Thomas, USVI- The UIC men's basketball team plays for the second day in a row at the 2007 U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam when the Flames battle Charlotte at the University of the Virgin Islands' Sports & Fitness Center on Saturday evening.
Tip is set for 5:00 p.m. Central (7:00 p.m. Atlantic).
UIC is led by Josh Mayo, who is averaging 21.0 ppg. Scott VanderMeer (13.3 ppg) and Karl White Jr. (10.7 ppg) are also averaging in double figures.
VanderMeer is also pulling down 5.7 rebounds per game while swatting away 3.7 shots a contest.
In UIC's opening round loss to Winthrop at the Paradise Jam, VanderMeer was the man to watch as the junior center scored 14 points on 7-for-12 shooting and coming up one carom shy of a double-double after cleaning the glass nine times.
