Points for Pride
Current leader - Men's Gymnastics and Women's Softball.
There is Facebook group called Points for Pride. It will be updated for athletes to check and see who is in the lead.
Senior Exit Interviews
The senior exit interviews will either be done by online of the paper. Each team will complete the interview when their season is over. This is your chance to let the university know if you are happy/unhappy with the program.
Lettering Gifts
2 options:
Think of gift for sophomore and junior year (possibly fleece blanket) If you have any ideas, please let us know.

Tailgate/Melafusic
Student athletes are trying to raise awareness for athletics. There will be 2
Events to participate in:
1.) Pep Rally, Wednesday, November 19th
2.) Tailgating, Saturday, November 22nd
Tailgating will be for the first Men's basketball game. It will take place in the Harrison/Racine Lot. Bring grills, food, and friends.
Starts at 5:00pm.
Dodgeball Tournament
Open to all UIC including staff, students, and athletes. Athletes must get permission from coaches.
There will be 6 team members on each team, costing $5.00 a person.
Will take place on a Sat/Sun in Janurary or February. Expect sign up dates and minor details in the near future.
Student Organization
We are trying to make ourselves a student organization. Thus, we will not have as much "red tape" to go through.
Battle of the Bands
A battle of the bands will take place in the spring time. Most likely the location
will be at Stanley's Kitchen and Tap. Listen for details in the near future.
Registration
You can register for classes starting November 4th.
If you are a sophomore, junior, or senior and you are concerened about your 40, 60, 80 see Julie or Shannon.
We are starting a co-cirricular program. This will go on your resume and is highly looked upon. See Shannon or Julie for more details.
Clothing Drive/Sports Bra Drive
We are sending sports bras to women in Africa in December. Look for the box outside Molly's office. We will be teaming up with the AHS college clothing drive. We are currently waiting to see when they are putting on the clothing drive. Most likely will be in the middle of November.
Holiday Donations
This year we are only asking for one collection of donations during the Holidays to give to sick children. We are only asking $2.00 minimum. Collect Money from your team mates and turn it in at the next SAAC meeting, Monday, December 1st.
