February SAAC Minutes

Letter Awards
- Sophomore Letter Award: Fleece UIC blanket
- Junior Letter Award: Fold out UIC chair

Dodgeball
- Date: March 15 10-2pm
- Sign up in CCC 2 weeks prior to the tournament
- Teams of 6 people at $7.00 a person with 2 alternates with a team total of $42
- If teams sing up early, team total will only be $30.00
- We need people to help out. Ex: refs, set up/take down crew, etc.
- The profits will go toward the Special Olympics

Sometime in March/April we will do "Hanging with the Flames"

5th year Aid
- The budget is tighter this year so it is not a guarantee anymore - When the information is available, it will be passed along to the students

Points for Pride
- Last semesters method started out great, but towards the end, we hit a downfall. Instead of signing people in, you and your team mates must now keep your ticket from the sporting event. SAAC reps will be in charge of collecting the tickets from their team mates. You then must turn it into Molly.

We are going to try to find a different time to meet when everyone can be at the SAAC meetings. Make a copy of your class schedule and practice schedule and give it to Molly to determine a time.
