CHICAGO- The UIC Athletics Fire Sale, featuring new and gently-used authentic Flames apparel and new adidas footwear, will be open to the general public on Friday, May 8 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. inside the Flames Athletic Center on 839 W. Roosevelt Road.

Official game-worn UIC jerseys from the men's and women's basketball, men's soccer, and baseball teams are on sale for $25, and new, never-worn adidas basketball shoes are also available in various sizes for just $25 per pair.

Also on sale are equipment bags, warm-up suits, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts and other exclusive items.

Cash and checks payable to UIC Athletics are accepted at the Fire Sale. All proceeds benefit the UIC Athletic General Scholarship Fund.

All sales are final.
