CHICAGO- The combination of Chicago baseball and UIC Flames athletic supporters was again popular Thursday, July 30, with about 100 people attending a Wrigleyville Rooftop Chicago Cubs game sponsored by the UIC atheltic development department.

The Flames supporters took in a 12-3 Cubs victory from rooftop seats, a portion of which were donated by Wrigleyville Rooftops to the UIC athletic department. Fans enjoyed refreshments and door prizes, while all revenue will benifit Flames student-athletes.

The next event on the docket for the Flames is the Scholarship Classic in Bolingbrook Sept. 3. To get tickets for the Scholarship Classic, contact Lisa Meindl at (312) 996-5874.
