CHICAGO- The Chicago Sun-Times' fourth annual Chicago Sports Fan Survey is now online, and fans can vote for the UIC Flames as their favorite Chicago-area college sports team.

To vote, go to suntimes.com/fansurvey. Online voting ends Feb. 10.

Paper ballots are also available in the following editions of the Sun-Times:

Sunday, Jan. 31
Monday, Feb. 1
Sunday, Feb. 7

Completed paper ballots should be mailed to:
