CHICAGO - For the second year in a row the Lucky's Eating Challenge was held at the UIC Soccer Classic presented by the Chicago South Loop Hotel. The challenge took place Friday night just before the match at Flames Field between UIC and IUPUI that ended in a 2-2 draw.

Ten UIC students volunteered to take part in the challenge of eating a one-pound Lucky's "overstuffed" sandwich in the fastest time. The participants competed to win a $250 gift card to Best Buy, compliments of Lucky's Sandwich Co. The winner Nick Parker chewed his way to victory and became the second annual Lucky's Eating Challenge champion.

Lucky's Sandwich Co. has two Chicago locations, the first is located a short walk from Flames Field at 717 Maxwell Street, and the second is located at 3472 North Clark Street in Wrigleyville.
