MILWAUKEE – The UIC women's tennis team (1-1) was unable respond to the play of Marquette (1-0) Saturday morning as it was defeated in a 6-1 final at Helfaer Tennis Stadium. The lone point on the day for the Flames was credited to
Rachel Le Comber at No. 6 singles.
The Golden Eagles came out to take a doubles sweep for the first point.
Oana Manole and
Miranda Rodriguez Diaz de Leon fell at No. 1, 6-4, as
