CHICAGO – The UIC women's tennis team (13-5, 4-1 HL) will host its final four matches of the regular season beginning this weekend with a set against Milwaukee (8-11, 2-3 HL) and Green Bay (2-11, 0-5 HL). The Flames will face the Panthers on Friday at 11 a.m. CT at XS Tennis before a 10 a.m. matchup Saturday against the Phoenix at the Flames Outdoor Tennis Courts.Â
On Saturday, UIC Athletics will be hosting a beer garden from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. as softball, baseball and men's tennis are also in action at home that day. Located between the softball and baseball fields, beer tickets will be available for those 21 and older.

UIC ended its road schedule on a high note when it took a pair of 4-3 victories over Wright State (April 8) and Northern Kentucky (April 9). Despite dropping the doubles point against both the Raiders and the Norse, the Flames worked back from the deficit and claimed four singles wins in each match.
Rachel Le Comber and
Miranda Rodriguez Diaz de Leon were the lone players to go undefeated on the singles courts, with Le Comber extending a six-match win streak. The team of Le Comber and
Melika LeBlanc collected the lone doubles win on the weekend, while their six-match win streak came to an end.

In singles this season, UIC has established 55 wins led by 13 from Le Comber and 11 from Rodriguez Diaz de Leon. Of those wins, 18 have been in conference play as Le Comber is a perfect 5-0 at No. 5 and Rodriguez Diaz de Leon holds the nest best mark of 4-1 at No. 6, while the Flames have gone 2-3 at No. 1-3 and 3-2 at No. 4.

The doubles courts have presented UIC with 25 wins with their most victories coming at No. 1 (10-6) and No. 3 (9-7). Le Comber and LeBlanc have led the team in their effort with a 9-4 mark at the top position, as
Georgie Sanders and
Stefana Vasic have come away with a 6-5 mark at No. 3. In conference, the Flames are 8-5 with a team-best record of 4-1 from Le Comber and LeBlanc.

Milwaukee is coming off a 7-0 victory over Green Bay (April 7) after it had lost its three matches to Wright State, 4-3, Detroit Mercy, 6-1, and Oakland, 4-3. Berta Masdevall Masip (11) and Alysa Straub (10) leads the singles courts in wins as the Panthers have 49 victories on the year. In doubles, the teams of Masdevall Masip and Straub (8) and Nicole Clarke and Eszter Zador (7) have had the best turnouts, making up more than half of the team's 28 wins.

UIC is a dominating 35-7 in the all-time series with Milwaukee as it has won the last three meetings, including last season's 4-3 victory on the road.

Green Bay's two wins on the year have come in its last two matches as it took a pair of non-conference victories over UW-Eau Claire, 4-3, and St. Norbert, 6-1. The Phoenix are scheduled to take on Valparaiso ahead of Saturday's match. Chiara Berg has put up a team-best six singles wins while rotating between No. 1-3 as Green Bay owns 18 on the year. Five wins have been in doubles with the team of Berg and Tallie Piaskowski going a perfect 2-0 at No. 2.

The Flames have gone 26-6 against the Phoenix in the all-time series while the last 24 matches have been in UIC's favor after last year's 6-1 win.
