UIC swam to a win over Milwaukee in a men's dual meet Saturday afternoon.
Hunter Crook,
Michael Tegeler, and
Danny Sivak won multiple events. The women's team lost its dual with the Panthers despite three wins by Lexie Joy and taking two of the top three spots in several events.
"After coming so close to beating Oakland last week, it was good to see the guys get a win over Milwaukee," head coach
Tim Loeffler said. "A lot of guys turned in good swims from start to finish. On the girls' side, we had depth across several events but lacked enough first place finishes to score enough points. We will get another swim in Northwestern's pool next weekend and then take a break for training, with a focus on the conference meet in February.."
