CHICAGO -- On the heels of a three-game winning streak, UIC (3-3) will travel to Philadelphia this week to do battle with the Saint Joseph's Hawks (3-3) in nonconference action on Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 6:00 p.m. CT. It will be the second consecutive season that the Flames and Hawks meet on the hardwood and UIC's second time facing a foe from the Atlantic 10 Conference this season.
UIC successfully swept its recent three-game homestand with wins against William & Mary, Bradley and a Division II opponent, Parkside. The Flames outlasted William & Mary in overtime at the home opener on Nov. 15, 100-95. Forty-eight hours later UIC knocked off Bradley, 71-70, at Credit Union 1 Arena. After a week off from competition, the Flames dropped Parkside, 94-74, on Saturday.

The Hawks rank second in the NCAA in turnovers per game with a miniscule 8.2 and seventh with an assist/turnover ratio of 1.82.
