CHICAGO -- UIC makes its final roadtrip of non-conference play on Saturday, Dec. 11 as the Flames head up to Mount Pleasant to take on Central Michigan. Tip-off against the Chippewas is slated for 3:30 p.m. (CT) on ESPN3.

• The Flames dropped the second game of their opening weekend of Horizon League play on Sunday, 64-56, to Oakland.
Damaria Franklin recorded his team-leading third double-double of the year in the contest, finishing with a team-high 18 points to go along with a game-high 14 rebounds.

Kevin Johnson ranks second in the Horizon League with 6.6 assists per game, while his game-high nine assists in UIC's victory over Valpo are tied as the ninth-highest single-game assist total in the League so far this season. Johnson ranks eighth nationally in assists per game.
