During her career on UIC's women's basketball team, Tiana Jackson has been an outspoken advocate for diversity and inclusion.  She has been an active member of UIC's Student Athlete Advisory Council, and was a voice for change as a member of the OneHL group.  Today, as part of the NCAA's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion campaign, she shared her perspectives on what it means to be an ally.
