Men's Basketball Closes Out Two-Game Road Swing Tuesday

Flames Make Short Trip to Take On Valparaiso Tuesday Night

CHICAGO - The UIC men's basketball team (9-10, 1-7 MVC) will play it's second of two consecutive road games Tuesday night, as it will travel to northwest Indiana to take on Valparaiso (7-12, 1-7 MVC). Tuesday night's tip-off from the Athletics Recreation Center is set for 6:00 p.m. CT.

MATCHUP BREAKDOWN

  • The Flames and Beacons are very familiar with one another, with Tuesday's game being the 58th all-time meeting between the two sides.
  • UIC holds a nine-game advantage over Valparaiso in the series, going 33-24 against the Beacons.
  • The Beacons earned their first Missouri Valley win of the season on Saturday night, as they took down Evansville on the road.
