CHICAGO – The UIC women's tennis team returns to action this weekend after a week-long hiatus, as it opens the home portion of the schedule against Bowling Green Saturday before hitting the road to take on Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind. Sunday.
 
The Flames opened the spring schedule last Saturday, as they traveled to take on nearby Northwestern. UIC would go on to drop the match by a 7-0 final score, with Tamara Malazonia (2-6, 4-6) and Agnes Gustafsson (5-7, 3-6)  winning the most games in singles competition.
 
First serve from XS Tennis Village in Chicago is set for 3:00 p.m. CT Saturday. The Flames' match against the Fighting Irish is also set for a 3:00 p.m. start.
