FLAMES FACTS
  • UIC enters the match after suffering its second Missouri Valley Conference defeat Wednesday, as the Flames fell to Bowling Green by a 3-1 final score on the road.
  • Excluding a 5-1 triumph over Evansville on Oct. 14 at Flames Field, the UIC offense has struggled to find the stride that brought it success early in the season, as the Flames have scored just two goals in their last four matches outside of the victory over the Aces.
  • Bart Muns (Amsterdam, Netherlands) has continued to pace the Flames offense this season, as he tallied his team-leading seventh goal of the season in Wednesday's match against BGSU. Muns ranks fourth in The Valley in goals this season, and ranks third in the conference in points with 19.
  • Jesus De Vicente (Casas Bajas, Spain) leads the Flames in assists with nine, and also ranks first in The Valley in the category.
  • Joshua Torres (Chicago, Ill.) continues to climb the points standings for UIC, as he has tallied at least a point in three of his last four matches.

The Braves come into the weekend after earning their first Missouri Valley Conference victory on Wednesday, as they defeated Drake 2-1 on the road in Des Moines, Iowa. Prior to this victory, Bradley was winless in its last eight, and hadn't earned a victory since Sept. 8. Bradley is still searching for its first home win of the season, as it currently holds a 0-2-4 record at Shea Stadium.
