LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Sept. 23, 2023) – The UIC men's tennis program wrapped up competition at the Bellarmine Invitational Saturday. The Flames competed against host Bellarmine, Chicago State and Eastern Illinois as part of the hidden dual format. The two-day invitational took place at the Eddie Webber Tennis Complex.
Senior
Randy Wilson (Miami, Fla./Florida Gulf Coast) won all three of his matches Friday and Saturday while senior
Gustavo Schwebel (Salvador, Brazil/Colegio Antonio Vieira) won two of his three singles matches.
In doubles competition, UIC's doubles team of Schwebel and
Edoardo Bottino (Genoa, Italy/Queens University) won both of its matches.
