COMMENT FROM HEAD COACH JUSTIN INGRAM

"Before the match, the line up flipped so we had some work to do to figure out the new line up and we had to figure out what the new player's tendencies were going to be throughout the course of the match. I thought both sides could have been far cleaner, meaning it was a battle of the attack errors. It had to take more stability from the service lines from each team, that was going to decide who was going to win that one. In the fifth set we had a few players go on a few points run and we were able to withhold them from getting us out of system within our serve-receive. We are certainly looking to be more prepared for Bradley tomorrow. So, our energy, our focus and our efficiencies can be more consistent from the beginning of the match to the end.

COMMENT FROM SENIOR KAYANNA JONES

"I'm super pumped and super excited. We just finished five sets with Illinois State! It was going head-for-head and point-for-point. I'm just super proud of my team, we pulled it together, we stayed strong, we stayed confident, and we stayed together. We didn't let them get on too much of a point run. I am super proud of everyone that got into the match, stepped up and did their job. I just felt we were so together and I am just so proud of all of  us."
