CEDAR FALL, Ia. (Nov. 8, 2024) – The UIC volleyball team (18-8, 10-4 MVC) went toe-to-toe with Northern Iowa (18-7, 14-0 MVC) Friday night at the McCleod Center, ultimately falling short in three sets to begin another weekend of Missouri Valley Conference play.
Junior
Cleo Lorenzo (Belo Horizonte, Brazil/Elite) tallied eight kills and a pair of blocks. Freshmen
Antonie Kelnárová (Prague, Czech Republic), senior
Kayanna Jones (Normal, Ill./Normal West) and graduate student
Zahria Woodard (Oak Park, Ill./Oak Park and River Forest) each tallied five kills.
