FIRST WIN OF THE YEAR
The Flames earned their first victory of the 2024 regular season last Sunday, as they closed out their two-match home stand with a 4-2 win over Green Bay.
Bart Muns (Amsterdam, Netherlands/Santa Barbara CC) was the hero for UIC, as his go-ahead tally with less than 12 minutes remaining proved to be the match-winner and earned him his third brace in his two seasons with the Flames.
Â
OFFENSIVE ACUMEN
Despite playing one of the tougher non-conference schedules in the Missouri Valley Conference thus far, the Flames continue to lead the conference in several offensive categories, including goals (8), assists (8) and points (24).
