CHICAGO (Sept. 11, 2024) – The UIC men's soccer team (2-3-0, 0-0-0 MVC) returns to Flames Field this week, as it will host the first two of a three-match home stand. The stretch begins with a Thursday night clash with Loyola (1-2-1, 0-0-0 A-10) under the lights, and the Flames will close the week with a Sunday night showdown with Marquette (3-2-1, 0-0-0 Big East), UIC's final non-conference home match of the season. Both matches can be seen live on ESPN+, and live stats will also be available.

FLAMES FACTS
The Flames, riding the momentum of a 1-0 victory over Oakland on the road last Friday, return home to Flames Field this week, where they hold a 9-3-1 overall record in the last two seasons. In its three home matches this season, UIC has tallied seven total goals for an average of 2.33 per match.Â

UIC holds a 18-15-4 advantage all-time against Loyola, while Marquette holds a 4-5-1 all-time lead over the Flames.
